I didn’t put a review of Blackhearts yet, but since this book recently came out I wanted to post something about it.
- I really liked the character of Anne, you know she was spunky and fun to read. I definitely could read more about her in the future.
- There was something about Teach that made me curious. There is more to this man then meets the eye. His journey to becoming a infamous pirate was just beginning, what drove him to this end would be a great book.
- The interactions between the two main characters were great, they both faltered at points and it made for some entertaining moments.
- There were some interesting side characters, a stepbrother from hell, a snobby rich fiancee. Parents with good intentions, but maybe not the best way to get there. A funny cook, and so on.
This was just a few things, but it is one that should be read.
